Field Descriptions
Configure the following parameters:
Note:
Some combinations of cipher groups are not available on FIPS firmware versions.
SSH-1 protocol is not available on FIPS firmware versions.
Allow SSH-1
Protocol
Allows the user’s client to negotiate an SSH-1 connection, in addition to SSH-
2.
Default: Disabled
RSA When a client SSH session requests RSA authentication, the IOLAN’s SSH
server will authenticate the user via RSA.
Default: Enabled
DSA When a client SSH session requests DSA authentication, the IOLAN’s SSH
server will authenticate the user via DSA.
Default: Enabled

The user types in a password for authentication.
Default: Enabled
Password The user types in a password for authentication.
Default: Enabled
3DES The IOLAN SSH server’s 3DES encryption is enabled/disabled.
Default: Enabled
CAST The IOLAN SSH server’s CAST encryption is enabled/disabled.
Default: Enabled
Blowfish The IOLAN SSH server’s Blowfish encryption is enabled/disabled.
Default: Enabled
Arcfour The IOLAN SSH server’s Arcfour encryption is enabled/disabled.
Default: Enabled
